ms-cognitive-services no longer works #678

I think that "ms-cognitive-services" no longer works. Because the service is changed. "Cognitive Services and AppliedAI Services are now Azure AI services." You can take a look here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/quickstarts/get-started-sdks-rest-api?view=doc-intel-4.0.0&viewFallbackFrom=form-recog-3.0.0&preserve-view=true&pivots=programming-language-javascript where you can get a code sample.
