Implement increment by 1 after user click Like and Dislike on autocom.js #6

We'd not expect our datastore gets query too often, so we're going to use 
jQuery to compute Like and Dislike count on user's browser side, rather than 
backend GAE end. 

Please implement a method for that on autocom.js
