Does this work for Google Sites? #1

I have been looking for a product such as OOPS for over a year now. I was
hoping that Gears was going to be expanded, but then earlier this year it looks
like Google gave up on that.

I really need to have a way to make our Google Site available offline. We have
all our manuals there, and our field guys need to be able to access that when
they are in the jungle, desert, etc.

I know there is a "Google Sites Liberation" but that project seems dormant.

We are willing to pay for a version of Oops that can do for Google Sites what
you claim you can do for Plone sites.

Please contact me at dzwager at airdrilling dot com

Regards,

Diederik

The WASH Cluster in South Sudan would be very interested in Google Sites
integration as well.

There are plans to support, in general, CMS other than Plone. In fact the
architecture was designed to allow the production of the publication from
different sources, and should not be bound to any particular CMS. To make it
easy to develop an Online Offline Publication with Drupal, Google Sites or
Mediawiki (just to name some of the most popular) the plans are to develop a
javascript framework and web service (see
http://code.google.com/p/online-offline-ps/wiki/TechRoadmap).
