A map for viewing reports #2

A really handy feature would be a map that tied into the GPS of the device that showed reports relevant to the area that the device was in. This feature is not available in the ushahidi mobile plugin either :(

We will add this one in the roadmap. At the present the focus is to provide the offline report filling. The feature is very interesting but the limitations of the present html5 offline support by browsers make it difficult to implement.
