Teerace backend for race scoring #14

Closing this, as Teerace appears to be dead. MySQL (#13 ) should be used for setting up a network with multiple servers.

I'm still thinking about a lightweight Teerace alternative (simple REST-API + web interface for viewing the ranks), but that will probably never happen.
