[B] Register - Not allow Student to Register with name with special characters #138

Description - Register as a student to the learnhub website by filling the name with special characters then student can register successfully to the website

Steps - log in to learnhub website>click register>fill the name with special characters

Expected result - It should display a error message showing that special characters cannot be inserted

Actual result - Register successfully by filling the name with special characters
