Description: Not Displaying Successfully register message after successful Registration

Steps: 1)Launch the Learn book >Field all fields>Click on Registration

Expected Result: Display Successfully register message after successful Registration

Actual Result: After successful registration do not display successful registration message, directly access dashboard after successful registration
