Description: No error message display when booking date as past date

Steps: 1)Launch the learn hub>sign in as Student>Click on book Services>select date as past date>click on book service

Expected Result:Error message should displayed when booking date as past date

Actual Result: No error message display when booking date as past date and successfully book service
