Description: No Displaying error message when student booking service before admin approve and After admin reject

Steps: 1)Launch the learn hub>sign in as Teacher>Click on Services>Create new Service>sign in as Student>View All Services

Expected Result:Error message should be displayed when student booking service before admin approve and After admin reject

Actual Result: No Displaying error message when student booking service before admin approve and After admin reject
