Only check for updates for channel rechecks #601

I am following a few larger youtube channels, and when running the check channel command I noticed that it has to recheck the entire channel. It would be nice if tartube when checking a channel notices when it is scanning videos that have already been added to the database and stop the scan.

I would not mind contributing to fix this issue. If there is a contributing.md somewhere I should read before getting started do let me know!
