Throw an Error: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailabl #404

version: 2.16.1-1 installed by scoop OS: win10 Version 10.0.17763.3887

input the commands in the cmd: axel https://github.com/axel-download-accelerator/axel/releases/download/v2.17.11/axel-2.17.11.tar.gz and these are the results below:

Initializing download: https://github.com/axel-download-accelerator/axel/releases/download/v2.17.11/axel-2.17.11.tar.gz
HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailabl

BTW: I could use it download my LAN file. Hope this clue can help you find the problem.

Does the issue happen with version 2.17.11?

Oh gosh! The scoop told me the latest version is the 2.16.1-1. And the axel releases does not include the x64-amd version for windows. Should I told scoop official?

Of course not, if there's no builds for other operating systems, why would there be one for Windows?
