Manage "Service Unavailable" (http code 503) for Injured/Suspended clients #182

Currently https://maligue2.fr/2020/08/20/joueurs-blesses-et-suspendus/ is down (http 503 code) due to OVH Cloud Strasbourg problem (big fire).

This case should be managed, when Injured/Suspended clients returns 503, don't take into account (with a log).
