Some update should be done on README:

• ToC including configuration option (=> to move in title)
• Remove (Before v1.2, 1.2 for all lines). about efficiency, to old
• Package link has change from previous to new

With markdown-formatter, content can be formatted:

npx markdown-format --replace --file README.md

.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md

The ToC can be managed with this package, otherwise perhaps markdown-toc.

Any changes can be committed with add-commit.
