fix: update Amplifier GMP example #1188

The current page uses outdated commands and addresses, so lots of the commands don't work - this PR fixes that. It also makes it so that the tutorial doesn't rely on running your own axelard node anymore. I used the contract from this video in the axelar docs as a demo contract and made it so that the commands can just be executed without needing to deploy your own contract.

I noticed https://github.com/axelarnetwork/axelar-docs/pull/1073 while making these changes, but that PR seems to be outdated by now (wrong chain names, invalid parameter passing) so I thought it'd be less hassle to just make a new branch.
