Fix/first time modal

Description

⛑️ What was done:

• Fix first time visitors modal which was only being shown once the wallet was connected, now it will appear on first load of the page.
• Show a similar modal when users click on the "about" button in the footer

🧪 How to test:

• Check the modal loads on first load even if the wallet is not connected. You may need to erase the variable "hasSeenOneTimeModal" or set it to false in local storage.
• Check that a very similar modal appears when clicking on the "about" button in the footer.
