feat: add immutable chain

Description

Add Immutable chain to mainnet and testnet.

⛑️ What was done:

• Add immutable chains to config file
• Add immutable logos

🧪 How to test:

Check that immutable appears as an option in the dropdowns and that it has the expected behaviour when clicked.
