Unable to register token on Ethereum from Arb

Describe the bug If a user goes through the ITS register token flow and attempts to register the token on Ethereum then they receive a 500 err in the console. Users reported that Arbitrum for example works fine issue is appearing on Ethereum

Sorry just seeing this req^ now, problem was resolved last week though will close the issue now.
