Updated phpcpd requirement to use latest version #9

Please have a look and merge this so that I can test if it works.

As discussed, this change constraints the requirements and may interfere with older versions of Drupal (because of dependencies). This constraint should be applied in the project's root composer. json. Closing this for now.
