In looking at http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/kiwi-logo-carousel/tags/1.7.0/kiwi_logo_carousel.php. It seems that bxslider is deregistered and then added. It's loading bxslider 4.1.1, http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/kiwi-logo-carousel/tags/1.7.0/third-party/jquery.bxslider/jquery.bxslider.js.
