Widget blank options aren't saving correctly #65

still not correct for https://aihr.us/wp-admin/widgets.php#available-widgets

play/pause and other checkboxes are keepign on widget option save though unchecked

2.19.0/1.20.0 release all good, now on own site, this strikes back…

Look to hide options in widget than delete them since wp_parse_args seems to be failing despite constant testing for why. It's flaky?
