Fix SVG HTML examples #12

Both image map and CSS examples are broken. Probably bugs in openmoji-spritemap-generator.

Thanks! The link provides not only a tool but also a reference how generator API and usage could look like. For the tool part, I think we are already covered. The openmoji-spritemap-generator depends on svg-sprite but uses only a fraction of svg-sprite's capabilities. A little more configuration and the generator can provide SVG sheets that can be used like in iconoclash.

I try to get back to you soon regarding the other issues.
