Publish sheet data via npm module #13

To ease emoji picker development, release necessary data in an easy-access manner. Try to follow approach of openmoji npm package.

Some work done in v2.1.0 by adding the list of hexcodes included in each sheet. Paths to the sheet files would be nice, if not necessary for bundlers like webpack. Issue #14 will have an impact.
