I just had an idea about how the logo could be static, but instead it's essentially a visual way to unlock access to the storefront. Once you have access to the storefront you can buy whatever, but to get there you need to scan in this logo.

Adrian sent me his logo which looks kinda like a very simple black and white maze. What I was thinking was that you line up the maze with logo, then you rotate it and all the while I'm sending a sampling pixel grid to the back end and if the certain pixels are always white then the right maze is being scanned which will unlock a specific store. That way we could have randomly generated mazes that correspond to different products.
