I'm thinking the first item will be coveralls. That will be easy I think to make a universal size and unisex. It will also make it very easily recognizable as you don't see a lot of coveralls in the city.

I'm thinking either elastic on wrists and ankles that can hook or velcro so that they stay formed as you roll them up. That way there is a bit of self-sizing or customizability with it.

For the material, I'm thinking that an organic material like waxed canvas would be good. But I think it would need to be light enough that it would be comfortable and not get too hot in the summer. I was also thinking, I have this super light Icelandic wool underlayer. It would be interesting if we could adhere that to the inside of the coveralls to make them warmer. Aliya Wanek clothes are made out of this really nice 55% hemp, 45% organic cotton fabric.

I also want to throw this out there, but I think stonewashed denim coveralls would be great. I might be biased though because I really love that fabric.

For the logo, I like the idea of it being embroidered. Erika does these amazing embroidered shirts and I just think the texture and feel of it are amazing, and it would fit the organic material. I think we could buy an embroidery machine and program in our own design. Then we just need to swap in different colors for the thread. That way we could probably get the coveralls made by an outside service.

I like the idea of having an anorak pocket on the front, but I also I think it's better if it opens from the front. Maybe with buttons or velcro. Like we could possibly use velcro as the only fastener on the whole piece.

One thing that I'm not a fan of about overalls is how loose they sit at the waist. I'm thinking for these coveralls you might want to take off the top part and wrap the sleeves around your waist and wear it like pants. Then we could also have an elastic + velcro around the waist to make it more comfortable to wear as pants.

As for the actual logo, I think if there is a pocket it would be good to go right over the pocket, otherwise, maybe we could have a single big breast pocket and overlay the logo there.
