Description

First version of the new Dev Env settings window has been created. Defining a "type" for a tool image is not required anymore. This provides better flexibility when creating new Dev Envs. Also makes it easier to understand when tool images with more then one tool are used.

In this new window type, which is the same for the create and modify command the user can select the tool iamges which then can form a Dev Env.

Note: The 100% coverage is not achieved for code segment known to change in the future.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on Ubuntu 22.04.
