Deleting a user (/admin/user_manager) does not update the page/list after the action is completed. The user will remain showing until the page is refreshed or revisited.

implemented completely new user manager. hope you like it ...

Looks good and works well! I will put in a PR to adjust the div elements so that they match the other admin panels.
