Improve template documentation

I would suggest to improve the documentation of the template by adding the "readme.md" content inside the template description. It would be easier to find the source.

Also if you are interested, you should be able with some tweak to generate a markdown doc from the json template export with: https://gitlab.com/aerian/zabbix/template-markdown

@linceaerian I forked this project (djerfy/zabbix-kubernetes-discovery) which I continue to maintain. This project is no longer from my part 😄
