Could you send a screenshot? I don't know what do you mean but probably it won't be possible due to API limitations

They are like custom lists people make to curate specific types of work.

Oh I didn't know about that feature since I don't use MAL that much nowadays.

It looks interesting! But as I thought it's not currently supported in the API
