Allow Discord users to link their Minecraft account

Discord users should not be able to use commands that affect other players.

Describe the solution you'd like.

To be able to link your Discord and Minecraft accounts, and then substitute their in-game name in placeholders.

This would then enable the use of commands that require a player context, e.g. /unstuck on their own player.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

If this is still in the works, I would like to suggest an addition.

The ability to assign discord roles to linked users, based on the permission nodes they have ingame.

This could mean for example that if someone has the in-game permissions minecord.verified and minecord.vip, that they would be assigned those roles in the discord when their account is linked.

Been looking for a discord mod that does this as well as DiscordSRV does, but almost all mods are only limited to assigning a single role when linked instead of allowing multiple.

I might start working on this feature soon. Out of curiosity, do you use Luck Perms or a different permission provider?
