fix python script of object_detection/damo_yolo #1456

object_detection/damo_yolo の以下2点を修正しました

結果表示時にカテゴリのインデックスが浮動小数点数で表示されていたので整数で表示するようにした
結果の保存機能が json 対応できていなかったので json での保存に対応させた
