There are many ways to add metadata like cover art and subtitles to MP4 files. For example, you can use the mp4tag app for things like cover art. mp4mux is only for elementary streams (i.e sample-based tracks). Can you give us more details about exactly which formats you need to support (what type of tracks, with which elementary streams, and possibly references to the specifications)?
I understood you. mp4tag I didn't understand anything, how to make a poster and subtitles? I think it's better here mp4mux should work fine with the cover art and subtitles. Soon after all mp4mux you need to make a new add with support, for example:
--track png:C:\Users\Legosoff\Desktop\cover.png#cover
--track vtt:C:\Users\Legosoff\Desktop\test_en.vtt#language=eng,subtitles
--track vtt:C:\Users\Legosoff\Desktop\test_en2.vtt#language=eng,subtitles
But mr4mux does not work cover and subtitles.

Good day! I wanted to ask you to make a new one mp4mux.exe , commands cover.png, cover.jpg and subtitles ttxt, webvtt. you can do? I am ready to make a donation to you. I have been using MP4Box for a long time, and then through mp4fragment.exe and mp4dash.bat so because I don't use mp4mux you don't have enough, cover no, subtitles no, brand no.
