This repository hasn't seen some love in a while. And not a release in nearly two years. A lot happens in two years... So this is an overhaul of the whole repository. It basically updates dependencies, pulls in changes to support files from more active Axiom OSS repos (for Makefile, CI, linter config, etc.), etc.

Closes #29.

Great! However, the README is a bit broken because the image linked to it has been deleted.
