This PR will track the progress and eventually merge our usage of the Bubbletea library into the CLI.

Currently what is finished:

Dataset selection
TUI framework
Models required

What needs more attention:

Streaming data to CLI, it has worked before, something is just slightly broken currently.
Make it look nice!
