When externally triggering, the sampling rate needs to be 150-180 MS/s, but you can have the board decimate to get a desired sampling rate less than that...
There needs to be a configuration for physical sampling rate, but the egg header should have the effective sampling rate (actually, what about when psyllid itself is down sampling too... should review how I'm dealing with all of this
