code blocks not showing in the gnome terminal #83

Hi, thanks for mdv. I get the following output on my terminal without the python code block being output.

Have you tried it with other terminal? Or is the mdv version 1.7.4? The current mdv (from pip install mdv) has a known problem, like #66. but this issue has already been fixed 👍 (80f333b), so please use this master branch's latest mdv.

@aaaaninja thanks for the response.

The pip and pip3 versions are 1.7.4 which were installed on my system. I removed them and installed by cloning this git repo and cd terminal_markdown_viewer; pip3 install . and it solved the problem. CAn anybody update the pip versions!? thanks
