Do more research on Focus groups, Group interviews #41

Are focus groups and group interviews the same? What purpose do they serve? Are they a good means of collecting user needs? Should we even do them?

People of roughly equal influence who work together closely and share the benefits and risks of the project. Note if anyone seems quiet or hesitant and follow up with that person with a quick note to let them know that they can give you more information
