Added a fix for Windows users. #23

I fixed a glitch with calling wget when running on a windows platform, and added the option to remove version info from asset file names since it was causing firefox and chrome to not load ".css" and ".js" files.

Hi.. Anyone going to merge this pull request..?? The issue seems not yet fixed in Windows...

@avinoth If you are in a hurry then just use this source code. I do not think this is going to be merged anytime soon. Thats what I did.

Yeah.. I am going to use this source code, but I am talking in general the issue is not fixed..
