(feat) Add resession support #26

Adding Resession extension.

This fixes https://github.com/axkirillov/hbac.nvim/issues/15 for users who use Resession.

this pr could be a more general solution

I would prefer to solve it for all persistence plugins somehow, but since that PR seems to have stalled, I am willing to merge this.

I assume you tested it, and it works for you?

Yes, it works for me. I am using it from my fork as of now.
