Feature request: generate card back for double-sided printing. #58

It would be useful to have an option to generate corp and runner card backs when generating PDF.

In practice, I was never able to get double sided prints like this to line up the art well enough. One side would always be slightly shifted. I have no plans or motivation to add this feature myself.

If you'd like to add it yourself, I'm more than happy to answer questions about the code base. It would require adding the backs as cards that can be IDed by name, and implementing some sort of sorting so that backs only appear on even numbered pages.
