What is the general milestone strategy? #11

This needs to be decided upon. At present, the program is versionless (although 5.0 alpha / beta is assumed).

I've decided to rebrand and relaunch. The version number might be 5.0, but the git repo should not have a 5 in it, and neither should the classes. A namespace might be helpful, though.
