r265 keeps repeating download everytime eepe is opened #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open eepe
2.A new version appears on the screen ( r265 )
3.After downloaded & run it starts again the next time eepe is opened

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only download lastest when required not stuck on downloading r265

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r265 on xp

Please provide any additional information below.
