builtin bun-compile support

In an ideal world the "preparing your JS project" section here:

https://opensource.axo.dev/cargo-dist/book/quickstart/javascript.html

can all be builtin to cargo-dist, except maybe creating the stub dist-workspace.toml

There are two ways of doing this:

• teach init or whatever to do the project edits we tell you to manually do
• teach cargo-dist to implicitly do the work we're leaning on npm/scripts to do without checking anything in
