Objective

Implement an owl ontology that comprehensively captures User Consents.

User Perspective

As a Dataverse user, I want to associate consents with my resources, including datasets and services, So that I can precisely control access permissions and terms of use.

This topic is now addressed in #212 - The Verifiable Credentials of Governance addresses the representation of rules for any type of resource: datasets, services, zones, with different legal perimeters.
