Refactor/update uri scheme

Description

This PR aims at updating all references from ontology.okp4.space to w3id.org/okp4/ontology within the ontology and the old examples. It is related to the two first tasks of #215

This change is aimed at:

• ensure persistent and stable URIs for our ontology.
• enhance the reliability and accessibility of our ontology.
• align with best practices in the semantic web community.
