Hi @ivy-rew we received feedback from the Portal team that they want to keep the "ch.ivyteam.ivy.project.portal" groupId for app and guide for LTS 10.x to 10.1 - not only under 10.0.19 like the current config. Could you help review this PR and give your feedback? Thank you so much for all!

Hi @ivy-rew, @nqhoan-axonivy, @ntqdinh-axonivy Portal team prefers not change groupId and artifactId for LTS10 because it is LTS. Thanks for your support!
