permission problems seems to occur frequently on github build nodes, so lets login again

now we have a pipeline, that nicely collects failing screenshots from webtests: https://github.com/axonivy-market/persistence-utils/suites/12526428628/artifacts/668696756 ... so I think with a re-login, this test will become much more stable.
