Containers are not stopped on Exit #143

If you quit the Workbench the sandbox containers are not stopped.

We should prompt the user and ask whether they'd like to stop the containers before exiting.

I just retested in Ubuntu and it's fine there. The problem seems to be with Mac only.

I can no longer reproduce it. I'm closing it for now.
