[feat] Update wording from "Cluster Name" to "Connection Name" when adding a new connection #197

"Cluster Name" should be changed to "Connection Name" because it looks like I have to supply the Cassandra cluster name here.

Also, remove "Data Center" field. The initial contact point is the default Cassandra DC, and if I want to connect to a different DC then I would create a new connection.
