[build] Update deprecated npm dependencies and unsupported engined #210

We get these warnings on the github builds - they need to be looked at.

@millerjp an issue related to this was opened and closed already, those packages are not being used directly by the workbench, but by packages that depending on, so it's an implicit dependency, maintainers of the packages would consider handling those warning, nothing to worry about at the moment.
