[feat]: refresh button for the AxonOps dashboard #452

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In a few occasions, for example when adding a new keyspace, we would need to be able to reload the axonops windows to pick up the new contents.

Describe the solution you'd like Can we add a link/button to reload the AxonOps window?

@mhmdkrmabd I think we need to do the same thing you added to the webview for the AI chat
